As the products are customized specially for individual person, if the customer denies order after manufactured it can not be resold to other customers. This leads to wastage of products & loss. In order to avoid such kind of wastage COD is not available for customized products. As name plates are designed for specific person & also time consumption job, COD is not preferred by retailers.
